A Very Rare Unusual built trike. Vw Twin Webber, Air Cooled Engine. Been Garaged. Spent alot of money trying to get ready for m.o.t. Last year I had New aluminium tank fitted, New set of carbs purchased from vw heritage. Fitted by local mechanic. Starts up and was running fine after I fitted new battery. The Trike is currently with a mechanic as the last time it was ridden the engine cut out when the trike had to stop at a junction. The problem could be the coil pack or the points. The mechanic did point out whilst checking trike that he noticed the coil was quite hot. I'll post any updates about the repairs whenI know. This Trike is legally registered as trike on Q plate. I have had this trike for a few years hoping to get round to get it motd. But with work and other commitments I haven't had the time. Whenever I get a bit of spare time, it has been sat unused so long that another problem crops up. It is so close to being MOT ready but I don't think I have the commitment to get it complete. Needs someone who can keep it running regularly and not parked up for months on end.Any questions I haven't covered here you can email or call me on 07973 642694,
Cash on collection. UPDATE>>14/06/16. Trike is now up and running. Mechanic has replaced condenser. Starts up ok. Had engine running for a while. So far so Good.
