Here is my Yamaha tri-z 250 it's a 1986 model so has the newer 6 speed box,as the 85 model had 5 gears. The frame has been powder coated a few weeks ago and is in excellent straight condition. I was going to do a full restoration on it but have other bikes so don't have time to get this done. I have bought new parts which include front and rear wheel bearings not fitted,rear swingarm bearing kit and a motohose full fuel and cooling pipe kit from the USA which cost £100+ alone. The engine looks in really good shape and has been kept in storage and covered. The tri-z is 95% complete the wiring loom is there just not in pics, Bits missing are exhaust which I binned as it was no good and it needs a set of engine to frame bolts as they did not come with it when I bought it.and a few more nuts and bolts,everything on the trike is original and not aftermarket and all just need a good blasting and powdercoating.it will turn out to be a very nice tri-z when done. The plastics are in good shape just at some time been painted and its worn off,if done with the the right paint it doesn't wear as I get my atc70,s done at my local sprayers with no issues,and they look like new.
